"This Is The Part Where My Game Implodes On Itself"
This whole affair is a fucking nightmare. Not even the getting votes part. After Tribal, I asked (what I thought was calmly) what happened and who voted me. I got my answer pretty quickly once... ooh, where do I start? Joe starts running his mouth about everyone's silence was telling or some bullshit and as I ask Parv calmly (because I heard she was part of the plan to get rid of me from Aras) what happened, and good try, because I'm honorable like that. She comes out into the tribe chat and explains that she found out about #COOLnuts and that myself, Joe and Angie are in it. After this, Joe starts throwing out insults at her, many of which were in no way relevant.
At this point, it's obvious who my votes came from, So and Parvati, and it's been explained well enough to me that I won't harbor any ill will towards them. Honestly, after this pile of shit that Joe stirred, plus Parvati and So's desperation, I'm seriously considering flipping on #COOLnuts. Joe, while very loyal, is also very emotional and can run his mouth. I find it hard to trust Pete after all of this. I can't get over the fact that Parvati didn't mention him as part of the alliance. It would only make sense, in that case, that he was the one that ratted us out, not to mention that there's a strong chance him and Angie are a duo. Angie's cool though. Parvati's smart - she wouldn't trust the words of someone who knows they're leaving.
I've been talking with both Parvati and So and told them that, after everything that's happened, I'd be willing to flip to them against Joe, and part of me meant it. He's a loose cannon, and I don't particularly trust those associated to him. In a perfect world, I'd flip and be able to get back in with Pete and Angie, but the likelihood of that is crazy low. Plus, I dunno. We were like day 1 allies, and I don't really want to end that if I don't have to.
Anyway, the way my game imploded is that I'm stuck on a fence between rabid dogs and murderous cannibals. Sticking with #COOLnuts, while the safer choice, forces me to trust people I don't necessarilywant to with my life in the game. Flipping, on the other hand, would make me Public Enemy #1 with two of my previous allies and outs me as someone who can't be trusted, while also earning me two close allies in Parvati and So. Damned if I do and damned if I don't. Now, I've got time to make my decision, but it's going to run out eventually.
