Originality: 8/10. I mean, it's not PLAUSIBLE, but it's original. I can't say I've seen anything like it before.
Creative: 6/10. Once again, it is pretty creative. Not too sure what the diff between originality/creativity is, but hey, it works out. Mainly going off of the overall quality of the image which is pretty good but not perfect.

Optimal: I think, if you could get it to work, it'd be a good signal. But it seems really impractical to get such large imagges, and the boxes don't seem to serve any purpose except to look pretty. 5/10

Originality: 5/10. I mean, the SOS signal itself wasn't very original, but it's practical as heck, so.
Creative: 7/10, mainly because of the gif form of it. Whoever did that did a kickass job. It definitely boosts these points up.
