I decided I was gonna name this round after the ballot dropped, but then I LEARNED PETE HAD A CHANCE TO COME BACK OHHHHHH MY GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD PETE PLEASE RETURN <3 Pete's my best friend in this game, and him having a third chance (topical, eh?) to return is amazing. I really, really, really want Pete to return, if you couldn't tell. I'd take a bullet for him in this game, I love him that much. Pete's pretty much like Jesus - does a lot of good shit, gets some followers, has one righteous incident where he goes ham on Natalie (Jesus and the gamblers or something I'm not really religious), he died, and now he's back. It's the Lazarus Challenge, and Pete's in it. It's a Deuce and a Half. Pete better go to town SheBeast and Dankboy and return to this game. He has to do it for me, for Liz, for Laura, for Katie, for Aras, for Joe, for the PWs, and to save this game. Pete's our only hope.

LAURA HAS THE IDOL HEYOOOOOOOO. That means Natalie can't have it, so there shouldn't be the worry about dodging votes when we reach the merge.

The merge. We're here. I'm not too excited, honestly. It just is kinda...there. It isn't one of those fun, surprise things that everyone gets pumped about, just because it was so expected. Natalie returning sucks, because I don't like her and she beat Pete. She was apparently messaging Parvati yesterday saying that she messed up and was out, but that isn't the case. I had all this false hope and was so excited to see Pete return triumphantly, but NOPE. Time to gather the troops and send Natalie packing, and then just prevent people from being idiots.

I'm having a midgame crisis. I don't know what it is, but I just don't have the motivation to beat these nerds. In games, I normally either like the cast enough to want to socialize and talk to them and I have fun doing it, or I dislike the cast enough to want to beat them because I can't stand the thought of them winning. I'm in between here. I dislike some of the people here, sure, but I don't dislike them enough to want to crush them. After Natalie, who is the equivalent of Sophie just without the charm, guile, wit or creativity, and Woo, who genuinely seems like a nice guy but is just so obnoxious I wanna strangle him, I'm so neutral. Sure, I like some of the people, but I don't like them enough to want to socialize with them anymore. I'm just not having fun at this point. Normally I enjoy voting people out or socializing or competing in challenges, but a string of immunity wins coupled with a boring last game and a ton of challenges I've done before, I'm just kinda stuck in this rut. I hope something interesting enough happens to re-spark my passion for these games. It's not that I lost Pete, because I've lost close allies before, or Natalie is making it so I don't want to be here. I just need some kind of motivation to want to try again. |

I'm worried about Parvati. She really tried to hype us up a strong duo before the merge, and was all gung ho about a Natalie boot, but as soon as Natalie returned, Parv was all over her. It wasn't just a cordial hello or being nice, Parv is really trying to work Natalie onto her side. Natalie also has pretty much no shot of winning if Liz, Laura, Katie, and I are in the jury, so keeping her around doesn't seem too bad. I also know she'll be against me, rather than an Abi who I'm unsure about. I wanna talk to Liz, Katie, Aras, Joe, and Laura about blindsiding Parvati instead of the easy Natalie boot. There also is that last idol floating around, so hyping up a Natalie vote to So/Parv/Abi/Woo and then sending Parvati home instead would be killer. She also shit talked my man Pete, and that's not cool.

As of now, Liz, Katie, Laura, and I will be voting for Parvati, but telling everyone we're voting Natalie. The idea is that Parvati isn't actually targeting Natalie like she said, and they're actually going after Laura, Natalie's target, because keeping Natalie in the game makes sense. She's turned herself into a goat and already has burned multiple votes. They'll expect a Natalie vote and to save her, an idol gets dropped on there. Best case scenario, we idol out Parvati and take out a massive threat. Worst case scenario Natalie goes home and we're stuck with an angry Parvati, and if that's the case, next round we nullify one of their votes and get Aras to flip onto our side, and possibly Woo.
4 votes on Parvati.
? votes on Natalie.
? votes on Laura.
Either Parvati or Natalie goes home, and our group of four makes F10. It won't be that easy, because nothing's ever that easy, but let's hope it just doesn't go tits up.
